Never share sensitive financial information, such as your social security number, credit card details, or bank info. We will never ask for these details inside the app.
Keep your conversations within EdenLove for as long as possible. Our safety features are designed to protect you here. Moving to third-party messaging apps too early can be risky.
When you're ready to meet in person, always choose a busy, public place during daylight hours. Tell a trusted friend or family member where you're going and who you're meeting.
If something feels 'off,' it probably is. If someone pressures you, makes you uncomfortable, or asks for money, block them and report the profile to us immediately.
Use the video call feature within the app to see the person you're talking to before meeting in person. This adds an extra layer of trust and security.
